The Insatiable Heart - Demolisher is the Holy-tier capstone of the hammer family — Combat Value 700, the top of the ladder, with no tier above it in the current database. Like the other Holy weapons it drops from a single named source (the database lists Flesheater at 31.1%), and the Hammer build bruiser route is its natural home: at this tier the Mercenary simply wants the heaviest hammer it can find.

• Where it sits: the top rung of the hammer ladder, above the Legendary Skullcrusher (CV 600).
• When to use it: endgame trios and any content where the Mercenary needs to hit as hard as a hammer can.
• When to swap: only if a better socketed copy of the same tier drops — there is nothing above Holy in the database.
