The Rough Handcrafted Longbow is the Damaged-tier bow — Combat Value 100, a step below even the Common Handcrafted Longbow (CV 200), and the damaged twin of the family’s starter. It carries no loot table in the database and no reason to equip it, but it marks the Blackarrow’s floor: every bow above it is an upgrade to the same full-draw-and-arrow-family loop, never a new way to play.
