Mistfall Hunter News
Mistfall Hunter launched globally on July 30, 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox (Day One on Xbox Game Pass), and its first season Soul Hunt is live now. Current Status (August 2, 2026)
- Game is live — Season 1 Soul Hunt is running, with the free Slumbering Contract battle pass unlocking after seven days of logins.
- Second Wave rewards — every player who logs in before September 1, 2026 has an Ashen Cipher and Abyssal Cipher waiting in their in-game mail (see Ciphers).
- Soul Harvest on August 14 — the season-spanning Soul Harvest mode goes live across every map and difficulty tier.
- Einherjar Mist Lord — the next client update (week of August 3–9, 2026) enables Dried Flower Knot drops and opens the Einherjar Mode Mist Lord challenge.
- Launch milestones — the player base passed 100,000 Gyldhunters within 8 hours and 500,000 by August 1 (see Player Count).
