The Rose Proclamation is the Legendary rung of the Polearm & Shield line — 24 Attack at Combat Value 600 — and its name is the Withered Knight’s whole history in two words. The class was once part of the legendary Rose Knights of the Church, and its lore quotes Roses and Iron: Chronicles of the Gaenarian Knights; a “proclamation” of the Rose is the relic of that fallen order. For the trio off-tank build, it is the support endgame.
- Where it sits: the second-highest rung of the Polearm & Shield ladder — above the Night Vigil Polearm and Shield (Epic, CV 500), below the Holy Insatiable Heart - Everburn (CV 700).
